Supplementary information on data protection

According to § 8, No. 1 of the Higher Education Data Protection Ordinance (Hochschul-Datenschutzverordnung), you are obliged to inform us immediately of any change of address. The legal basis for the collection of your current address is set out in Art. 6, par. 1, subpar. 1, point (e), par. 3, point (b) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in conjunction with § 2 par. 1, par. 2 KIT Act (KIT-Gesetz) in conjunction with §§ 2, 12, par. 1 State Higher Education Act (Landeshochschulgesetz) in conjunction with § 8, No. 1 of the Higher Education Data Protection Ordinance (Hochschul-Datenschutzverordnung). It is available to the group of persons responsible for study administration. The address will be deleted or destroyed after a period of ten years from your de-registration.
