Supplementary information on data protection

The provision of the telephone number is voluntary and serves as an additional communication channel for study administration purposes. The legal basis for the collection of your telephone number is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1, subpar. 1, point (a) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). According to Art. 7 par. 3 GDPR you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. It is available to the group of persons responsible for study administration. The telephone number will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes of communication within the Study Administration or you withdraw your consent.

Coronavirus

In times of the SARS-CoV-2 crisis situation, the telephone number is also used for contact tracing purposes if necessary and is only issued to the competent authority (Gesundheitsamt bzw. Ortspolizeibehörde) in accordance with the Corona Ordinance (Corona-Verordnung) in the event of a justified request.
